Rosehips Midwifery is seeking one or two independent Nurse Practitioners to provide family-centred primary care within our clinic.

We are a diverse group of midwives and allied practitioners with a passion for culturally safe, trauma informed care. We work with a broad spectrum of patients, of whom approximately 80% have no access to primary care other than through urgent or emergency services.

We are already working with Island Health and the Division of Family Practice to finalize our PCN status once we have connected with the right Nurse Practitioners.

We are seeking one or two NPs who are looking for a supportive and collaborative workplace that centres both patient care and the wellness of clinicians and staff. We are a growing practice, and the right candidate will be excited by that prospect.

Rosehips offers the opportunity to build a full caseload and work within a clinic that is welcoming and responsive to the needs of your practice as it grows.

Our clinic has been approved for PCP status and we are ready to hire. We have space for two NPs, and we would love to find practitioners who have an interest in family practice, perinatal health, and/or pediatrics.

We have established pathways for referrals to obstetric and pediatric specialists already in place.

We use Accuro EMR for charting, scheduling and billing. Rosehips will coordinate and manage MOA support for NPs.
